Garden Patch Farms

Although it was 50 degrees and breezy today, we went to Garden Patch Farms in Homer Glen to pick some apples. Kate and Ava Fasshauer met us there and the girls had a blast! It had also rained yesterday and this morning so the ground was very muddy. But, that didn't slow the girls down a bit. Tyler even had a good time. We only picked a few apples as we struggled to find the good ones. But, the girls found a lot of 'tasty' ones on the ground. They each even decided to eat their apples on the wagon ride back. I did try Aubrey's apple and agree it was very good. We had a lot of fun and were happy to get out of the house. :)
